1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website polishwithkamil.com and booking online language instruction provided by KAMIL JAKUBAS - LinguaEdu, ul. Spółdzielców 2d/10, 47-200 Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland, NIP: 7492124495 (hereinafter "Polish with Kamil", "we", or "us").

2. By scheduling lessons, contacting us via direct messaging channels, or downloading materials from this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

§ 1 Services Offered

Polish with Kamil provides online Polish language teaching services, including individual (1-on-1) live lessons, group cohorts, custom educational materials (PDFs), video vlogs, and community access.

§ 2 Booking & Communication

1. Lesson scheduling, inquiries, and initial arrangements are conducted via direct communication channels, primarily WhatsApp and email.

2. Confirmation of a lesson time slot via WhatsApp or email, combined with advance payment, constitutes a binding agreement for educational services.

§ 3 1-on-1 Lessons & 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a private lesson free of charge by notifying us via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Lessons canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. No refunds or makeup sessions will be granted for late cancellations.

3. Tardiness: If you are late for a lesson, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

4. Teacher Absence: If an instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or fully refunded.

§ 4 Group Classes

1. Fixed Schedule: Group classes run on set days and times agreed upon prior to the start of the cohort.

2. Missed Sessions: Due to the collective nature of group classes, individual missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or made up individually.

3. Study Materials: If you miss a group session, class materials or session notes (where applicable) will be provided to help you catch up.

4. Cohort Changes: If a group cohort cannot launch due to insufficient enrollment, Polish with Kamil reserves the right to postpone or cancel the cohort, offering participants a full 100% refund or transfer to another group.

§ 5 Payments & Lesson Packages

1. All individual lessons, lesson packages, and group cohorts must be paid for in advance before the first scheduled session.

2. Payment methods and details are agreed upon directly during booking (e.g., bank transfer or direct payment link).

3. Lesson packages must be used within the agreed timeframe specified upon purchase. Unused lessons after the validity period expires cannot be refunded.

§ 6 Intellectual Property

All worksheets, PDFs, lesson guides, video content, and exercises provided during lessons or via this website are the exclusive intellectual property of KAMIL JAKUBAS - LinguaEdu. They are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
